Group Participation Grant

Grant Specifics
A grant for up to $500 may be awarded to an individual or group to assist in the cost of
attending a school approved music, theater, dance, film/video workshop/class or a
competition or performance in a performing arts related subject. This is a one-time only
award. All grant decisions will be made by the LVP Board of Directors. Any grant
awarded will be paid directly to the school to be applied toward the cost of the activity
for which it was applied.

Eligibility
Individuals or groups applying must be residents of Jefferson County and enrolled in
school. The workshop or performance or competition must be held during the current
school year. Grants are awarded without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender
identity or age.

Application Process
Applicant must complete a Grant application form. Applicant must provide a copy of their
acceptance into the project for which they are seeking a grant. Applicant must provide
a letter from a faculty member who is overseeing their participation which will include
confirmation that all students have parental permission.

Application Deadline
The grant application and other requested information should be submitted via email to
scholarship@ludlowvillageplayers.com at least six weeks before the date of the event
for which the grant is being requested.
