Ludlow Village Players (LVP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer performing arts association dedicated to providing live theater for the entertainment and enrichment of our community. LVP encourages public participation by providing education and skill-development opportunities through a variety of theatrical experiences on and off stage. Our website servers are provided courtesy of GuideStar (through Grassroots.org and BlueHost) – an organization dedicated to making non-profit information and finances transparent. Our “Silver” rating is earned by publishing our finances on the GuideStar website.
In 2007 Port Ludlow Players merged with Port Ludlow Little Theater to become the Ludlow Village Players (LVP). Val Durling has served as Artistic Director since the reorganization.
Our primary outreach comes from live theater opportunities. Each year we put on a multi-act Spring play. Collectively, volunteers put in thousands of hours to ensure a high quality production. Consequently, we are always looking for volunteers for all aspects of the production (actors, stage managers, prop managers, line prompters, set construction, set decor, tickets sales, sound, lighting, assistant directing, marketing, posters, photography, etc.). There are literally opportunities for everyone.
We also provide monthly Reader’s Theater and Improv opportunities at the Beach Club here in Port Ludlow, WA.
If you love or care about live performance, get involved with Ludlow Village Players!
